I am still trying to figure out how JohnChow, Problogger, Jehzeel, Yugatech, PinoyMoneyTalk have great numbers of subscribers. As I have read some of expert’s blogs I saw that RSS is one way of gaining loyal readers in your post. There maybe readers that visit you but the question is, do they really visit you always? If you really want to have a loyal readers in your blog then you can put an option or widget in your blog where they can subscribe to your blog. Like me, I am using feedburner. Feedburner has a free services to provide the readers to subscribe to our blog via email updates. In this way, they can read my post via email.

I just add this blog to feedburner so as you can see I only have 1 subscriber. I just hope it’ll increase as day pass by. Maybe some of you wonder why you still have few subscribers even though you put a widget on your blog where your readers can subscribe your blog. Well, I also read a very simple yet helpful tip about this. If you want to have a lot of readers to subscribe in your blog, place the widget at the top of your sidebar or anywhere that is visible and noticeable to readers. In this way they can see the widget right away and subscribe.

Maybe some of you think I am a trying hard and a fool posting this because I am very confident to write this even though there’s no proof I can show from my own blog. But I researched about this and they prove to me that it works. I just hope that this entry helps you! =]

   hey this post is very usefull, i use rss to get updates about blogs i like but recently my rss feeder died on me, so im considering email now. how do i put ’subscribe’ on my webiste?

After that http://i27.tinypic.com/10p9cg3.jpg <<< you click on the name of your blog and this will come out http://i29.tinypic.com/30ucrw6.jpg. you activate this http://i31.tinypic.com/2vkgw82.jpg and some of the options have html code where you can put in your blog. lol, i hope that explains better. heheh Good luck Dan and keep on visiting.
